Akitas We've Placed

Tejas has a home all her own! She has moved back to Texas, but this time she won't be found running stray with a broken leg and a bullet wound. Thanks to the good Samaritans who found Tejas and began her treatment. 

Magic is a lucky girl! She has a family all to herself! With the help of an all breed rescue in Oklahoma City...Her perfect match was found! Thanks Dana!

Hurray for Tonka!!! He is living the life of Riley in his new home just outside of Ft Worth Texas!

UPDATE! Tonka LOVES his new home and his new playmate...a female shih-tzu! Thank you to his new owners for loving our boy!

YAY Koa...He went to live up with a wonderful lady as an only dog...He gets all the spoils! What a sweet goofy boy...He deserves it all!

Hip Hip Hooray for Honey and Duran!!! These 2 went from running the streets loose with no one to care to living in the lap of luxury with their new family! Honey was adopted first...but when they realized what a terrific girl she was, they decided to give Duran a home too! We love happy endings like this one :)

This is Harry. When we got him, he had been shaved to help heal the multiple hot spots he was suffering from, hence his name! We are happy to report that after heartworm treatments and growing back a beautiful lush coat. He has found a place of his own!

Hooray for Olivia! She  has her forever home! She was adopted by a family with a male akita of very similar age. She is as happy as a clam and playing all day! Be Good Olivia, and continue to make your people smile!

Cooper has been adopted! He is living the life of Reilly! He's an only child! Who could ask for more...his people all to himself with only him to spoil! Imagine that!

HURRAY for Lady! With the help from Akita Fanciers from Sea to Sea (literally) Lady, now  called Musqua, made her trip from Tulsa, to St Louis, to Seattle. To EVERYONE who made this possible, a HUGE debt of gratitude is owed to you! This was one girl that certainly deserved another chance! Thank you especially to Laura Olson, The ARWNY Ladies, Karen Druskin and family, Angel Swift, the Martin Family and to EVERYONE who made donations to get this girl to her final destination!

Your kindness will never be forgotten!

Musqua crossed Rainbow Bridge on 4-21-05. The Martin family loved her tremendously and will miss her!

HURRAY FOR JASMINE!!! Who could have possibly resisted THIS face! Jasmine now has a great big yard and 2 kids all to herself! Im sure she is making her new family smile as much as she made all of us smile. What a clown!

Keeko managed to worm his way into his foster homes heart...He's happily in his forever home!
